Course Description
This course is designed to address the gap between what family caregivers need and what they receive from the healthcare system. Directed primarily at those working in health settings, it will introduce you to the importance of family caregivers in our system and challenge you to consider how you might partner with family caregivers in providing the needs for those receiving care.
The content was created by researchers at the University of Alberta with support from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR). It is being offered for free to the public in collaboration with Dalhousie University’s Faculty of Open Learning & Career Development. For more information, visit caregivercare.ca.
