Course Description

Which solutions best address and resolve the process’s critical ‘Xs’? How do I design an effective and efficient process around them? How do I ensure the solution lasts?

Through a blend of reading, presentations, practical examples, practice, and feedback, learners will learn to improve processes and create control plans and tools that will ensure their organization sustains the improvements gained through a Lean Six Sigma project well into the future. This course is a prerequisite for the hands-on Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Capstone course, during which tools will be applied to a simulated Lean Six Sigma project.
