The average person attempts to influence 100 or more people a day, however, most of us use only one or two approaches repeatedly with limited results. Being able to persuade others is a critical communication skill, high in demand in today’s work environments.
This evidence-based course will demonstrate how persuasion and influence really work. Learn simple techniques to increase your personal impact and change your world for the better, both ethically and subtly.

The course will be offered over a 4-week period. Reading assignments will be completed prior to classes two to four. Each reading assignment is approximately 30 to 60 minutes in length.
