Course Description

This course is 7 learning hours. It is recommended that students spend an additional 1-hour over the two day period on this course.

This course is designed to provide participants with the process of effective team building, developing quality-driven project teams and practicing the art of leading virtual teams. Participants will evaluate the effectiveness of your project teams and will explore practical tips to refine your team building and team leadership skills when maintaining and inspiring high team performance throughout the project life cycle.
