The practice of Personal Leadership (PL) offers leaders the opportunity to assess how they respond to ambiguous situations, decision points and conflict. This course meets for 4x2-hour modules over a period of 2 weeks followed by a 1-hour final check-in to gauge understanding and application of the framework two week later.
