Course DescriptionIn this one-day course targeted to beef and dairy producers, you will learn about the proper handling, storage, and use of livestock medicines. Course materials will coincide with on-farm food safety programs and lead to improved consumer confidence.
- ensure and improve food safety through the safe and judicious use of legal livestock drugs,
- ensure compliance with the Canadian Quality Milk On-Farm Food Safety Program, and
- provide consumers with the assurance that milk and milk products are safe for human consumption.
