Course Description

Development of this program was supported by the Drug Evaluation Alliance of Nova Scotia (DEANS), the Pharmacy Association of Nova Scotia (PANS) and the New Brunswick Pharmacy Association (NBPA).

The first component, of the Immunization and Injection Administration Training Program is: the Immunization Competency Online Program, comprised of 16 self-paced modules, and will take approximately eight to ten hours to complete.

Pharmacists must achieve at least 70% on the post-study online test prior to being enrolled in the practical workshop.

Notes

Completion of the modules is required before attending the live workshop.  You can register for the live day before completing the modules, however, modules must be completed prior to attending the live day event.

Modules must be completed within 12 months of attending the live day or they will be asked to re-register and repeat the modules.
