Course Description
This course will help participants develop inclusive collaboration skills rooted in trust, utilizing transparency, logic, and clarity to create spaces for belonging and inclusivity and transform organizational culture.
Course Outline
- participate in exercises to deepen your understanding of the pillars of trust - authenticity, empathy, and logic;
- apply Lencioni’s dysfunctions framework to discuss trust-building within teams;
- review research on psychological safety;
- be trained on equitable communication practices;
- explore the integration of cultural and emotional intelligence.
