Course Description
Participants will learn skills required for improving the organization as a whole and supporting strategic initiatives and organizational change management.
Through an interactive delivery, dynamic discussions, examples, and hands-on exercises, participants build on concepts delivered in the previous two courses with a further look into how to support business goals and strategic initiatives, as well as mapping and documenting the way organizations go about their business, identifying improvement opportunities, and optimizing the overall performance of the organization.
The course supports the effort to identify viable solutions to problems or opportunities, evaluate and select the most optimal solution, and connect back to preparing and formulating a business case. In addition, participants explore the creation of a request for proposal, evaluate proposals based on defined decision criteria, assess organizational readiness, and apply data conversion strategy and mapping to existing data.
