Course Description

This course is 22.5 hours. It is recommended that students spend an average of 3 hours per week on this course work.

Practical implementation of theoretical and pedagogical principals is an essential element of Module 4. Participants practice CLIL principles in micro-teaching sessions. Participants will practice principles of course design for an EMI classroom.

What You Will Learn

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Implement of theoretical and pedagogical principles of CLIL and EMI studied in courses 1-3 of the PDC-EMI
Prepare and deliver a micro-teaching session based on CLIL principles
Design lessons appropriate for their EMI context
Deliver and receive peer feedback on their micro-teaching
