Course Description
This introductory course will help students become familiar with AutoCAD, including the user interface components, workspaces, and changing the colour scheme. Additionally, students will learn about the status bar, including the AutoCAD Visual Reference Commands, tool palettes, shortcut menus, and getting help. Students will also be introduced to the basics of drawing including set-up, coordinate systems, layers, object snap, and much more. The course will conclude with a lesson focusing on editing tools.
