Course Description

This course is 7 learning hours


Building upon the theories and best practices introduced in the Change Management Foundations, this course explains the practical application of these practices in real-life scenarios. Using a combination of lectures, case studies, and group activities, this interactive course brings the theories and techniques discussed in the fundamentals course to life as participants discuss the planning and execution of change initiatives in a range of work environments. The course will also provide participants with guidance on how to integrate change management practices into a project management environment, creating a powerful combination that maximizes the delivery of a sought-after project business case.

Sustaining Change
•    How levers enable the adoption of change 
•    Types of levers (Environmental levers, Leadership levers, and Organizational Development levers) 
•    Models of adoption and reinforcing systems 
•    Case Study: Sustaining Change

Putting it All Together: Case Study: Building an end-to-end Change management plan 
Wrap-Up: Key Take-Aways, Individual Action Plans
