Course Description

Once a process has been improved, how do I ensure the improvements will be sustained over the long run?

Through a blend of reading, presentations, practical examples, practice, and feedback, learners will learn to create control plans and tools that will ensure their organization sustains the improvements gained through a Lean Six Sigma project well into the future. This course is a prerequisite for the hands-on Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Capstone course, during which tools will be applied to a simulated Lean Six Sigma project.

This flexible online course is self-paced and accessible from anywhere. Participants will benefit from engaging presentations and demonstrations, downloadable resources, and virtual support from experienced Lean Six Sigma practitioners.

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a microcredential in Lean Six Sigma ‘Control’ Phase, recognizing their commitment to process excellence and continuous improvement.
