Course Description
The second course in the Certificate in Maintenance Management gives an overview of maintenance planning and scheduling while looking at maintenance jobs and scheduling maintenance. It then looks at how to measure the effectiveness of planning and scheduling and concludes with a Q&A session regarding participants' experience with their own company or workplace.
